Why Us
Financial Planning Attuned to your Needs
Relationships provide insight to what makes each person unique. Afterall, there’s much more to people than their job title, bank account, or the car they drive. At Maestro Wealth Advisors, we understand this. It’s why we refer to our team and clients as The Maestro Wealth Family. It’s who we are.
Maestro Wealth Advisors are fiduciary: we always act in our beneficiary’s best interest, even if doing so is contrary to our own. A fiduciary is a person or organization that acts on behalf of another person or persons, putting their clients’ interest ahead of their own, with a duty to preserve good faith and trust. Being a fiduciary thus requires being bound both legally and ethically to act in the other’s best interests.

Matt Moser, CRPC®
Financial Advisor
Matt Moser has been a financial advisor at Maestro Wealth Advisors since 2015. He works in tandem with the same vision and core values as its founders, Craig and Jennifer Moser. As part of a family business, Matt works with Craig to develop and maintain our tactical portfolios. He also helps our clients and friends meet their financial goals.
Matt holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation. In addition, he is a registered life insurance agent. After graduating from the University of North Carolina-Asheville with degrees in English and Business Administration, he pursued his passion for culinary creativity by attending Johnson and Wales University for a degree in Culinary Arts. This eventually led to his relocation to Ningbo, China to open an American bistro. While living in China, he became the Director of Foreign Education for a language education center. He was responsible for developing a Business English curriculum for Chinese business professionals.
Formally a classically trained chef-turned restauranteur, Matt’s accumulation of experience managing hospitality and retail businesses inevitably led to his place at Maestro Wealth Advisors. Here he prepares and implements strategic plans and builds lasting relationships with clients.
Matt is happily married to Blair, who recently became a United States citizen after moving here from China. They have two children, Naomi and Max, who help to keep them fit, and constantly on their toes. He is continually trying to improve his grasp of Mandarin Chinese, collect rare books, and loves a good game of chess.

Conrad Beauchamp
Financial Advisor
Conrad Beauchamp
Financial Advisor
Conrad Beauchamp joined the Maestro Wealth Advisors family to train directly under Craig Moser, as he enters the field of wealth management. His goal is to assist with many of Maestro Wealth Advisors’ functions while attaining an education in this industry. Learning to find solutions that meet our clients’ retirement planning and other needs is his primary objective.
Graduating from Lipscomb University in 2012 with a B.S. in Pre-Law and a minor in Sociology, the small, Christian college located in Nashville, TN provided Conrad with a strong foundation. After discovering his motivation is driven by a desire to help others, he went on to careers in both law enforcement and telecommunications.
Conrad eventually returned to his home state of North Carolina where he realized the significant impact proper retirement planning (or the lack thereof) can have on people and their families. Combining this realization with his drive to help others, Conrad continues his formal education while learning as much as possible from Craig. In addition, he is a registered life insurance agent.
